The Costa Cardonal community plan covers over
600,000 square feet - about 15 acres, on which 14
private lots and a site for a community center are
situated.
The community plan is designed to provide each lot
with a prime building site, ample private space and
spectacular views. The plan also shelters unique
desert habitats and includes areas for community
use. And the beach is only a short stroll away from
every lot, through beautiful, protected open space.
Every lot has at least one boundary on natural open
space, is accessed by a maintained road, and is
provided with access to a water supply. A
caretaker lives on-site, watches over our homes
and maintains the landscaping.
Costa Cardonal is still improving, as new homes are
planned and the landscaping matures. We welcome
you and encourage you to join our community.
