The Costa Cardonal community plan covers over
600,000 square feet - about 15 acres, on which
14 private lots and a site for a community
center are situated.
The community plan is designed to provide each
lot with a prime building site, ample private
space and spectacular views. The plan also
shelters unique desert habitats and includes
areas for community use. And the beach is only
a short stroll away from every lot, through
beautiful, protected open space.
Each lot has at least one boundary on open
space, and all residents have access to
