Costa Cardonal has
become a community!!
To date, Costa Cardonal is almost completely
privately owned!  Our new owners come from all
over - the US, Canada and Britain.  Two families
live full-time at Costa Cardonal, others live here
part-time, and still others are planning to build
their homes and change their lives within the next
year.
