prospective buyers.

5. We will assist prospective buyers in finding honest and reputable experts whenever requested.
To the Environment:
1. In improving the property, we will choose methods, materials, tools and techniques that have
the least impact on terrestrial and marine ecologies.
2. We will seek to understand the desert and marine plant and animal species and their
interactions so that they will thrive in Costa Cardonal.
3. We will introduce new plants and other materials that are tolerant of local conditions,
coexist well with native species, and require a minimum of special care.
4. We will seek out construction and other materials that are sustainable, and that do not
generate pollution in their own creation.
5. We will advise and assist property owners in adopting these principles at reasonable cost and
without undue difficulty in the improvement of their properties.
To the Community:
1. We will abide by all laws and regulations that are in effect and are applicable to our community.
2. We will meet or exceed regulations and local practices in the hiring, compensation, benefits
and management of any individuals employed at Costa Cardonal.
3. We will deal fairly and responsibly with all individuals and business entities with which we
enter into contracts or have business dealings.
4. We will respect and value Mexican culture and traditions in all our interactions with the local
community.
5. Wherever possible, we will take an active role in local affairs and make a positive contribution
to local communities.
