Facilities and Utility Areas
To return to the Site Map:
Caretaker & Residence:  We have employed an
experienced and highly responsible caretaker
who now lives on the premises.  Sr. Lupe Rios
(see our
News page) serves as watchman,
handyman and gardener.  We are currently
building an attractive home for him and his
family at the entrance to the property.

Entrance, Main Road and Mesa Roads:  When
you arrive at the community, you'll turn right
off of the road to Punta Chivato and onto our
main access road,
Via Costa Cardonal.  This road
separates our community from the parcel next
door, and would be used only by residents and
guests of
Costa Cardonal or the neighboring
parcel.

Within the community there are three roads
providing access to the lots on each of the
three mesas.  The roads are named after plants
commonly found on the property.  They are
constructed of crushed, compacted shells.  The
roads have been placed so that they end before
they reach the center of the community, leaving
the central natural areas as undisturbed as
possible and minimizing dust and noise.
Costa Cardonal's Facilities are
Nearly Completed!
Water Pila (Storage Tank) and Pipelines:  The shared water storage tank, locally called a
"pila", has been built and serves the needs of four parcels -
Costa Cardonal, and three adjoining
parcels.  Water lines leading to each of the lots have been installed underground along the roads.

Storage & Utility Area:  We recently completed a secure, enclosed area adjoining the
caretaker's home, which is available to
Costa Cardonal residents.  Now, you can leave your
large items (boats, trailers, etc.) in a secure location.
