We're working on several projects for
sensitive improvements to Costa
Cardonal's landscape.
Designs have been created for three
community gathering areas, a
landscaped entrance and several other
landscaped areas.
Shade structures (ramadas and
palapas) that are characteristic of
the desert and tropical nature of our
area are being built. Our beach palapa
oasis was recently completed.
Arroyo shade trees, beach front palms
and flowering shrubs will be planted
alongside meandering paths.
In keeping with our ecological and
water-wise commitments, we are
planning for an abundance of native
plants that are drought, sun and salt
tolerant. And we plan to provide
water via a drip irrigation system.
