Tina and Brian have made their permanent home at Costa Cardonal for nearly 3 years, after
leaving the San Francisco Bay Area with their three beloved dogs. Planning their house in
stages, they first created a garage and casita. In a second, future phase, the "real" house will
be built and integrated with the current structures.
Brian is retired, but Tina continues to work from their casita overlooking the bay. When
necessary, she travels to the US where she conducts training seminars.
Brian is a consummate sailor, with experience in sailboats and motorcraft. At the moment, he
keeps a Grand Banks cruiser anchored nearby, and the family enjoys making trips to isolated
beaches and coves in the area.
Besides her commitment to her employment, Tina is devoted to animal welfare and volunteers her
free time to health and rescue efforts for local dogs and cats.
