A view from the location of the Community Center
Community Center: Costa Cardonal has set aside a prime site for a Community Center and our
owners and residents are contributing their ideas for its development. We plan on keeping the
design simple and unobtrusive, in accordance with the environment and the desires of the
residents.
Landscaped Areas, Protected Habitats, and Gentle Paths: We have left large areas for
shady, landscaped "oases", screening buffer zones and native habitats. Pathways will invite
residents to stroll through the community and down to the beach. Landscaping projects have

Roadways: An access road and three smaller roads, composed of crushed and compacted shells,
provide a smooth route to your home site. There are no through roads at Costa Cardonal.
Traffic will be limited to owners, their guests, and approved service providers.
Water: A large water storage tank holds the community's supply of household water
(replenished from a nearby well that taps a large, clean aquifer). Distribution lines bring the
water to each lot. Every lot's water consumption is metered, and property owners will be billed
according to their usage.
Watchman/Caretaker: A well-trained and highly responsible individual has been employed and
lives on-site to watch over the community, and to maintain the facilities and landscaping.
Utility/Storage Area: A fenced and locked area has been constructed for the use of
residents for storage of their property, including RVs and boats.
Property Owners Association: Property owners will participate in the management of Costa
Cardonal via a not-for-profit Association, which will develop rules and guidelines to guarantee
the welfare of the community. The association will establish dues to provide ongoing funding
for the maintenance, construction, repair and replacement of common-use facilities. Contact
us, and we'll send you a preliminary copy of the Association's rules and guidelines.
